These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado regardless of conflict of laws. Further, if any information provided by a Member is, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information provided, is false, inaccurate, outdated, intentionally incomplete, or violates these Terms, or any applicable law, then we may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program. Vail Resorts reserves the right to terminate any Member’s participation in the Program in its sole discretion in the event the Member is suspected of being or is found to be ineligible, using artifice, cheating or participating in a fraudulent manner, fails to comply with any of the Terms, or violates local, state or federal law. Unauthorized participation and/or use of the Program or a Benefit is prohibited. Members may not share, assign, transfer or otherwise allow any non-Members to utilize the Program. The Program is personal to Members and does not create a property right.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such provision will be deemed severed and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Employees of Vail Resorts are not eligible for participation in the Program. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may not participate in the Program. A Member’s continued access and/or use of the Program constitutes agreement to be bound by and comply with these Terms. The Epic Mountain Rewards program (the “ Program”) is offered by The Vail Corporation (" Vail Resorts") at its sole discretion.
